Y adapter for FT-817 / T1

Has anyone found one of these???
I'd like to be able to use HRD and the T1 at the same time

I asked that exact question a couple of weeks ago and got no reply. I'm
pretty much resigned to the idea that if I want one, I'll have to make it
myself. But I no longer find it easy working on such small stuff as those
miniature din plugs.
