Hi All,
The new EC 500 amp coming out will require the KPA-100 PA for K2 users. I am interested in adding an amp that can run from the K2 without the KPA-100. I don't care about QSK, I can switch the amp ON and OFF XMIT manually or I can build an interface that will switch the amp from the K2 AUX line. However, I will be locating the amp in a remote room (not located at in the shack room) so I will want an amp that I can perhaps build a wired control for band selections. It would be better if it does not have a built in tuner. But since it will be remote, I will need a unit that will not require direct controling of band switching, tuning etc. Also, it must be able to output at least 200 watts CW all bands. Your suggestions very welcome.
