adjusting the k3 power

Jed Barton
Hey guys,

Alright, some of you said the lower left knob on the k3.
So there are a few different positions.
There is the regular mode then when you press it in, there is a beep that
goes from low to high, then if you press it again it goes from high to low,
then you can old it in and it makes another beep.
What way do i set the power.  After i get it in the right state, do i turn
that knob to adjust power?

Thanks,
Jed

Re: adjusting the k3 power

Jed,

There must be several in the crowd who suffer from dyslexia.
The lower left knob is Speed, Mic (level) and Delay.  The lower right
knob is CMP, PWR and MON.
The higher frequency of the two "tap" tones is PWR.  The Hold function
is MON.

You still must "read" VFO B to determine the power that is set.
