I want to plug it in, cut the cable, and use some of the wire for rig control. Are there any gotcha's,like wires connected together etc?
Thanks, Tom VA2FSQ |
Sorry, no.

Elecraft should sell a cable/connector pigtail made up already. That
would help people find the correct part instead of trying to cut off a vga cable. That would be the KPAK3AUX cable on our order form. If you want, you can
cut off one end to access the wires. 73, Eric www.elecraft.com On 12/14/2011 3:35 PM, Tim Tucker wrote: > Elecraft should sell a cable/connector pigtail made up already.
