clearing programmed M1

M0XDF
forgive me, I know I seen this somewhere, but is there a way to clear
a programmed function from one of the Quick Memories (M1-M4) so I can
use the CW  I have recorded on it (with the K3 utility).
I'm not good with a paddle (in fact I'm not brilliant with a straight
key yet), so not sure I could use ..-- to erase it, but I think that
my just erase the CW and not the program.

Thanks Lyle, now that's what I like about the K3 - it's intuitive, I
eventually found this out via experimentation.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice,
but in practice there is.
