Hi all
I'm trying to connect a 6m preamp in RX ANT IN / OUT and can't get it working, it's not receiving anything. Have tried the preamp and it works well in ANT1, and also works well when connecting antena+preamp to RX ANT IN and selecting RX ANT. Maybe some configuration that i haven't done? Anyone may help me? 73 Josep EA3AKY ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

Connect RXOUT to the INPUT of the preamp, connect RXIN to the OUTPUT of the preamp. It will work with whichever antenna you have selected (that is, either ANT1 or ANT2). And, of course, make sure that your cables are good. 73, Jim K9YC. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
And of course you must tap the RX ANT button so that RX is showing on
the LCD.
