dons switch box

i built dons switch box for digital modes. worked fine till yesterday. now i
get audio in the head set when i transmit and my signal is slightly
distorted. any suggestions.

Ron,

What has changed just prior to yesterday?  Did you change antennas?  Has
your coax failed (any coax in the system)?  This sounds like a case of
RF feedback, but it could also be that there is a marginal solder
connection that is acting like a diode and rectifying (detecting) the RF
signal.
