If one purchases two receivers in one K3, can one 'split'
dual-receive (one freq in left ear and the other in right ear) ala FT1000D and others? Can it be done with one receiver 'split'? 73, Steve AA4V _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. I believe the plan is to be able to split them between left and right on your headphones when the sub RX is installed.
It's not yet in the firmware since the sub RX is not ready yet. You cannot do it with only one receiver in Split. ------------------------- 73, Greg - AB7R Whidbey Island WA NA-065 K3#0009 On Mon Nov 26 9:21 , "David Ferrington, M0XDF" sent: >Yes, I hope so, but 2nd RX not available until end of Dec > > >On 26/11/07 14:17, "Stephen Reichlyn" [hidden email]> sent: > >> If one purchases two receivers in one K3, can one 'split' >> dual-receive (one freq in left ear and the other in right ear) ala >> FT1000D and others? >> Can it be done with one receiver 'split'? >> >> 73, >> Steve AA4V >> >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Elecraft mailing list >> Post to: [hidden email] >> You must be a subscriber to post to the list. >> Subscriber Info (Addr. > (one freq in left ear and the other in right ear) Yes, you can separate the audio streams, one receiver per ear, or you can combine the audio streams, for example to hear both receivers from the internal speaker. 73, Lyle Kk7P _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
