e-mail spam increase

W2RMS
Hi everyone!
I've been observing an interesting trend: whenever i post on here or reply - i get a very noticeable increase of the number of messages in my Junk folder.
Normally its 2 or 3 a day, but after posting on an "e-mail list" (which is a g*d send for mail-scraping robots) - its 20 or 30 a day.
If i stop posting for a few days - it goes back to 2 to 3...
Anyone else noticed this?

Nope, I get one "junk" mail a week. Maybe.

Re: e-mail spam increase

Michael Walker
None here.  Even using Gmail to handle all my email, I haven't seen an
increase.

As most know with Gmail, I get zero spam.  It is so good, I moved all my
emails domains to Gmail.  That way it makes it easier for the NSA.

Re: e-mail spam increase

W2RMS
That's what i'm using as well. Signed up for GoogleApps some years back and pointed my domain to it.
Its Gmail underneath. Free for 50 users.
Hooked my whole family up. Shared calendars and such. Very useful for organizing family functions.

Hi,
I am a newer subscriber, and have not noticed any increase in my spam

VA3MW,
And as all "Good Americans" know, we really do need to watch out for our
Northern neighbors...  Clearly there is an invasion threat!  :)

No change in SPAM here.  I get very little ... 3 - 4 a day.  I credit my
ISP (Century Link) and Norton 360.
