I agree the Pelican cases are tough. We used them for the FT-920's and the
87A at WP2Z. Yes they seem to be indestructible. Worth the money.
But I couldn't beat the price for this metal case which works great for the
K2. The case is made to airmail electronic modules and parts around the
word. It even has clips for a shoulder strap.
