I just downloaded 3.63 and find that tapping vfo REV does not change the vfo,
just momentarily while the button is held. Is this the intended way for it to operate? Prior to the installation, tapping the button swapped vfo's. 73. Hi John,
"REV" reverses VFOs A and B for as long as you press the switch. This has not changed from previous revisions. It's intended as a means for checking your transmit frequency (and possibly adjusting it) while operating split. To swap VFOs A and B permanently, tap "A/B". 73, Wayne N6KR On Nov 23, 2009, at 4:18 PM, John Adams wrote: > I just downloaded 3.63 and find that tapping vfo REV does not change > the vfo, > just momentarily while the button is held. > Is this the intended way for it to operate? > Prior to the installation, tapping the button swapped vfo's. > 73. > John > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:[hidden email] > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

I think that's how mine has always worked! To actually change the VFO's,
you need to tap the A/B button. The REV button is only for temporary reversal while you hold the button down. Are you sure yours didn't always work that way?
