firmware help

Please help., I've  just downloaded the latest
firmware and now my receiver is without any signal on
any band

Check to see if you have the updated USB to serial drivers, if in fact you are using this avenue. Also possibly try to re-load the firmware again or revert back to the last firmware that you had loaded into  
the rig. I loaded mine without issue last night using windows XP and a USB/serial converter.

Is the K3 still speaking to the computer? If so, try loading the firmware again. The upload process is supposed to be able to detect a bad download so you don't upload a corrupt firmware file to the radio, so if anything went wrong it must have occurred during the upload from your PC to the radio.
