k2 assembly other question

n0xdb
Hello Elecraft,

The led diffuser, there is a and k on the bottem. Which is
plus/minus. I assume a is plus but haven't a clue. There is nothing
that says what is what. LED's are diodes aren't they?

Re: k2 assembly other question

(Note this is a peer support mailing list, not Elecraft support,
although is probably the right place.)

The diffuser has symmetry class 2, so it is not possible to put it in
the wrong way round.  a is anode, and therefore positive, and k is
cathode, and therefore negative.
