k2 firmware update problems with ATU

I have a K2 SN 670, so I bought the upgrade firmware (2.04r and Main, i
/ o 1:09).
All work well but the ATU is not working.
The first test that fails is CALn, no data is displayed, only ATU is
displayed.
AGAIN IF I INSERT THE OLD MAIN FIRMWARE ATU WORK WELL AGAIN.
Firmware of KAT2 is 1.03

Giuliano,

Did you make the trace cut and add the wires to change the sidetone
signal source?  The changes are shown in the KIO2 manual page 10 and
also in the KPA100 manual page 59.

Check and double check those changes.  Especially the position of the
wire and capacitor at Control Board P4.  The added wire and capacitor
connects to pin 1 which is the pin closest to the upper corner of the
control board.  If the wire is correct, be certain there is no solder
bridge to P4 pin 2, which is the AUXBUS signal line.
