I am sort of a test subject. 2 & 3? yr.s ago I ran WB4YDLs k2 on CW at our club FD. Last yr I ran his k3 on CW at FD. Pulled abt 900+ Qs each time. I was favoring the k2 for a while. But I went to his QTH?and played with the k3. I was converted. The k3 is a better receiver.The best I've ever tuned.?It has easier filter selection, 160m,6m, an internal ant. tuner and a lot more toys internally. I now own k3 #2626 with most bells & whistles except the 2nd rx. ?After a month I'm still learning but I love it. This yr. our small club will be using 2 k3s during FD. CU in the EQP
