Hello , I am going/trying to put my kpa100 in my ec2 w kat100

What do I have to do ?

Anyone having done it with great results

 

any options in my k2 to handle the "unit"

I have just completed the same project.

The only minor mod for my own use;  running  +12vdc from the EC2/KAT100 for the K2. This
is via the +12vdc socket normally wired for dc input.

pictures of one of the amp/atu builds I did. You can see in the last
photo how it all hooks together. The 232 cable goes to the PC so you can
run Ham Radio Deluxe or the likes.
