kpa500 relay clicks

hello all
 im driving the kpa 500 with 5watts from ts590s out put 60/70  for digi modes
  constant relay clicks on transmitting ????
  fan setting on NOR
 still there on fan settings 1/2  
 any ideas anybody please  its annoying  mi0tmw  merv
