ktcx03-1 and phase noise

Hello Engineers!
Am I right in thinking that the 1 ppm TCXO will have less phase jitter - hense lower phase noise?

You cannot make deductions about phase noise from the presence of
temperature compensation.

I believe this question came up before and that the TXCO has no phase
noise advantage.

Yes I asked this question and Eric@elecraft himself told me that this is
not going to result in an improvement of phase noise.
