loss of PTT on PSK

Hope this isn't too 'OT

Just suddenly lost PTT on PSK for my K2/100
I have PTT with mic but not with Signalink SL-1 and Griffin USB  
interface.

I wonder if anyone has experience with the SL1  whether they fail  
after a year or two (mine is about a year old)
maybe it's the cable from the SL1 to the mic socket but it doesn't  
seem to be intermittent.

Any ideas?

Have you checkd that the software configuration hasn't changed? If it hasn't, use a test meter on the mic socket to see whether the PTT is closing.
