I'm sorry I didn't name the rig. Its the K3 and the pop is random. Have the "agc" set to (fast) will try it on (slow) and see if it helps..

Be sure your CONFIG: AGC PLS is set to NORmal. What you are describing sounds like the AGC pop issue Rob Sherwood discovered in some DSP rigs. The K3 has a firmware mod which eliminates this but the menu must be set as above (default setting unless you accidentally changed it).
