need a dll file for the skimmer and the k3

Hello,
I am looking for a dll file, missing here, to be able to use my K3S with
THE CW SKIMMER AND THE SDR-IQ RECEIVER.
The name of the file is SDRIQx.dll
Anybody can help please???

Should be found on the HDSDR site.  I had to install it for my RSP-1 receiver.
