new beta version of Airmail program with Elecraft support

Gentlemen,

Jim KE6RK offers a new beta version of Airmail which provides Elecraft
K2&K3 support. I think it is not yet complete in setting back all parameters
but for me it worked quite well in an earlier beta version. It also can deal with
Windows Vista.
