I am starting my 40-meter alignment and when I go into "tune" I get a high cur message.
power level of 0.1 and no change occurs with adjustment of L1 and L2.

I have started to go back and rerun other checks and find my VCO voltage at 18000 is 0.06, 18200 is 0.06, 21000 is 0.22 and 21450 is 0.53.  These where in the 1.5 to 7.5 range  when I did the test before.

I don't know if these two are related.  Does not seem that they would be.

They are likely related - the VFO is not at the correct frequency - so
resolve that first before attempting a TUNE or transmit again.

Your problem is likely a bad solder connection - open the schematic
diagram to RF Board sheet 1 and check each component shown in the top
section of that page.  Check both for correct value, component
orientation, and good soldering.

Since it once worked OK, I would wager you will find a bad solder somewhere.
