output power from internal 2M xvtr

I have had my factory built k3s with the internal 2M xvtr for about 5
years. the output power is only 4W. This works OK to drive my external amp,
but I would really need about 8-10W for full drive. What do others
experience regarding output power with the internal xvtr?
