[p3] Trap Conflict on FW 0.36

[p3] Trap Conflict on FW 0.36

Larry - K2GN
Power ON/Off - Trap Conflict

After it's  on for a while and I power off, it gave me:

Trap Conflict, then start working.

I have to remove power to shut it down.

 

 

Once I was able to power down using the switch and it gave me:

Download Firmware
Ready for Download

And sits.  I can then turn power via the switch.

 

I did the download and upload twice.

K3 has FW 4.12, this upload went well.

Anyone else with this problem?

I've reloaded all Firmware back to
K3 - 4.05
P3 - 0.32
I'm still getting the Trap Conflict message on power on, then the P3 goes
into normal operation, but I have to remove power from 12V source to shut it
off.

Latest status:
I've reloaded all the different FW's for both the K3 and the P3
And nothing changes!!
I still get "Trap Conflict" on P3 power up. (From and external power source,
not the K3)
The unit will not shut off. It cycles itself back on with the "Trap
Conflict".
I have to remove the external power supply to turn the P3 off.

The "Trap Conflict" comes on for a few seconds and then things seem to
operate normal.
What is this "Trap Conflict"?   I can't find anything about it.

It sounds like there's a hardware problem with the P3.  You'll need to
contact customer support [hidden email] and get a return
authorization number.
