If you sent a parts request to
[hidden email] between last Sunday,
aug 5th, and 8:30 this morning, you should resend the request. (Note in
the email that it is a 'resend' to avoid double parts shipments). This
is true even if you received an automated reply. (If you subsequently
had direct communications with a tech regarding your parts, you do -not-
need to resend...)
The hacker attach that we successfully fought off Monday also had
redirected some of our
[hidden email] email, which we corrected this
morning.
Emails sent to support, K3support and our other addresses are all OK.
Fun, eh?
