Recently, got my K2 back from "The Don" Wilhelm W3FPR. Now my K2 is
much better. However, I find that if I run PSK above 10 W (i.e., use
the PA) my power supply. Radio Shack 25A, cuts out.
Given that it is a Radio Shack unit, I ordered a new power supply
from Universal. Unfortunately, it is on back order.
Now, I can run an 80W carrier on the K2/100 for 20-30 seconds
without the power supply cutting out.
Has anyone else had this happen? It seems to me that PSK
specifically is implicated. I did not change any settings and they
do appear to be normal for the sound card on my iMac G4.
Any menu items to look at on the K2?
