rf interference on smoke detector

Tried installing the caps etc. with no luck. Rig still setting off my smoke detectors. (battery operated)
Did a google search and came up with a smoke detector for rf interference(Anti-Rf interference Battery-Operated Photoelectric Sensor Smoke Detector ) on amazon. Only $10 so ordered one and will let you know how it works...

oh oh.... I have  a battery operated smoke detector that hates me on 80, anywhere on the band.and it doesn't matter if it has the battery in it or not... it still beeps.... great fun for late night dxing...it lives on the ceiling just outside the bedroom door... I do a lot... of listening.
