I just completed Assembly Part III resistance checks are Okay...
Collector of Q7/Q8 do not show shorts
I found that I missed installing the nylon hardware on T5 [duh]
will it make a difference????

RC,

The nylon hardware keeps the toroid from moving mechanically and keeps the
frequency stable.  It should be a simple matter to just add the hardware to
keep it stable.  There should be no major change when adding the hardware.
