small feature change

Wolfgang Schwarz -DK9VZ-
Hi Elecrafters

the option "TX DLY" could be configured between "0" and "20ms" currently.
Maybe thats enough for a small switching SW-Amplifier but it is not enough
for VHF transverter work.

Could it be expanded to at least 100ms or even more?

Those who need TX delays greater than 20 ms. should consider using TX
INHibit.

Hi Don,

yes possible, but then I would need something as external Interface
Changing the time limits of TX DLY would be easier, at least for me ...

  Wolfgang,

OK, I assumed you were running some kind of sequencer and would likely
have some signal from the sequencer available to connect to TX INH.
