That is the answer Joe. I was caught on this using K3 EZ program. I was doing a SWR plot on my antenna and it set it to low power and did not set it back. I had to look around to see what was going on but figured it out. I hope that gets fixed.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense. Is Common Sense divine?

What software were you using when the K3 was put into the
low power mode? If your software is using the K22 enhanced
command set and sets low power using the enhanced command
(PC###N where N=0) the KPA3 is disabled.
The solution is to use the same software to reset power to
more than 20 watts (PC0201) or use CONFIG:KAPA3 to enable
high power (PA nor).
Longer term, application software should avoid the enhanced
K2 CAT command mode or always use the set power command with
"1" as the final digit (e.g., PC0101 to set 10 watts) to avoid
disabling the KPA3.
