Power behaviour 2

As a cw operator I rarely use ssb but few days agò I made a local qso and I reduced power to about 30W, more than enough to be heard. When I set up the power again to 100W the output power was about 50W and wont rise till I switched to cw sent a dit and switch to phone again.
It happened with old firmware but it hasn't changed with new one.
I made the TX ALC and it remained unchanged.
