K3 UNLINK

Any way to force the K3 to stay in unlink mode ??

I like the VFO A as RIT methodology but finding that tx is LINKed makes it more difficult.
If I so much as switch band and come back to original band I am back in LINK mode.

Any option to set this to stay in unlink ?
