Here's what's going on, and what you need to do:

Nabble is a web-based way of reading the Elecraft list.  When you post from Nabble, it keeps a local copy and then sends your message to the official Elecraft mailing list operated by QTH.net.  It looks like your message is not getting posted to the main Elecraft list, so Nabble is sending you mail asking you to fix that.

The reason you got responses is that a couple of folks saw it on Nabble are responding.  But nobody who get Elecraft via email saw your message.

It looks like you joined Nabble on September 7th and have been posting messages on Nabble, but it also looks like Nabble doesn't think your registered email address there is a member of the Elecraft mailing list sponsored by QTH.net, which is the official Elecraft list.

Do you see an option that says something like
"This message will be sent from xyz@example.com to the elecraft@mailman.qth.net mailing list.
You may need to subscribe to this mailing list for your message to be accepted."

If so, you need to click on the "subscribe" link and follow the directions.

If you're still having trouble, contact me offline or go to the http://nabble.com and ask more detailed questions in the "Nabble Support" forum.

I asked a question in the K3 forum about a week ago, got some replies, and sent another message saying "thanks".  All of the exchange appears as it should here:

However I keep getting emails from Nabble, several of them per day, telling me that my message has not been accepted by the mailing list and is still in the pending status.  I have registered with both Nabble and this list.

The emails I'm being peppered with say that to stop receiving the alert, delete my message.  There must be another way to shut them up, yes?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
