Missed that cause somehow when trying to find the reason for the 50Hz shift.
Can confirm that if in the 100Hz step position it is possible to slightly
move the VFO without changing the display on that RATE selection, though does
show up as a 50Hz shift when the 10Hz RATE selection is made. If a normal
shift of the VFO is made on the "100Hz" step selection to a desired frequency, it
is a matter of luck where the last 10Hz digit can end up. Most times it
seemed to end up unchanged when tried originally.
The question will no doubt come up again in the future.
