K1 15m Problem sorted

Referencing W5VCJ's posting to the list (Jan 24 2002), this seems to have
cured my 15m problem. I initially adjusted premix trimmer C3 to tune to the
other side (two signal peaks across the range) and this restored 15m to full
tx output, just under 5w. However, I then found I lost tx output on 20m!
Putting C3 back to its original side and re-peaking, restored 20m full tx
output and 15 still fb. Not too sure what was going on here but suspect it's
to do with the summing filters. Quite a tricky thing to get just right. Good
learning exercise, though, and glad to have #1219 restored to full health.
