It is pretty marginal at 100 watts. Calculate the *peak* voltage of a 100
watt carrier into a 50 ohm load (about a hundred volts .. more if the load
impedance is higher than 50 ohms) to get an idea of the voltage that the
switch must handle. Then look at the bias voltage for the TR switch (I
forgot .. about 120volts or so I think).
