Hi Keith,
I have run into this before.  Since I make my own QSL cards I just make a
blank one up for the other ham (with his call) and send it to him with an
SASE.  Write a nice letter to him also.  It works every time.  A QSL card is
just a receipt.

He has no QSL cards (said so during the QSO) which is a bit of a
disappointment.  I'd like a card from him.  Still, the memory of the QSO and
my log entry will serve to keep the experience from disappearing.
