WSPR 2.0 released

Don't know if this is old news by now, but K1JT has just released WSPR
2.0.  Some very neat features including CAT control for K3s and other
rigs, should help keep me from reporting wrong frequencies ;-)

Like all endeavors RTFM applies here, very good pdf file instructions.
