Holy cow!  I got it to work!

It was definitely a improperly tinned green lead on T2.  So much for
buying pre-wound/tinned 'roids to save me some grief.  Heh.

Thanks Don.  What a relief.  Time to button it back up and continue
40M TX alignment.
