VOX Delay Working Now. Thanks

I just want to thank everyone who responded back to me. I got the VOX delay to work. I made a contact to England with my 900 mhz headphones and 170 mhz chip on the shirt mic.  They couldn't tell I was walking around the house. Thanks for the help. You guys are great!
