While I have only used the K3 Utility for firmware upgrades, I've  
found the Mac OS X integration to be be absolutely seamless and I have  
never encountered a single hiccup (which can be downright scary while  
downloading firmware :-).

Kudos and thanks to W4SMT, the man behind the Mac OS curtain.
