Hi Ross,
I do not have either 500 Hz filter, but I would expect either one would work for the 500 Hz Olivia modes, although they might be a little tight and require careful centering of the signal. I recently got the 700 Hz 8-pole Inrad filter (from
http://unpcbs.com) specifically for the wider digital modes. So far I'm happy with it.
