Correct. No firm estimate yet.

Yes. There will be two "per band" power settings, one with amp in, one  
with amp out. The K3 will also alert you to amp hard-fault conditions  
(those which put it into standby), in case you were too far from the  
amp to see it or hear its own alarm.
