Tnx for the photo link on the KPA500. I have a better understanding  of
the amp now. Mine was factory built [ #66]. One of these days I'll do
the power sets on HF. I've had mine 3 weeks. I've had so  much fun
working DX on 6m I  haven't even  QSY'd !!
