Elecraft KX3 Control Panel reference [fixed, I hope]

[I'm resending this with a link to a repaired file.]

The KX3 owner's manual includes a 2-page "Control Panel Reference"  
section that provides an overview of the KX3's controls and display.  
Here's the link:

The manual is still a work in progress, so there could be typos, etc.
