Phil,

I do not recall those transceivers having an IF Output.
If the KWM2 or 75S-1 is modified to provide an IF output, then the
answer is yes the P3 will provide a panadapter function centered around
the IF.  The P3 will not display the operating frequency because that
information is not available.
