K2/100 fluctuating power output

I recently finished building the 100 watt PA for my K2 (SN 7581). All went well and it was a fun project. However, I've noticed when operating in QRO mode, the peak power fluctuates approximately 10 watts. It appears as a spike on the K2 watt meter and also on my peak reading watt meter. I've double checked the bias setting procedure. Just wondering if this is normal operation.
