Wattage of soldering station

The manual clearly says to use a 20-40 watt temperature controlled soldering iron.  I have a Weller WE1010 that is rated 70 watts.  I am having trouble finding a soldering station that meets the specs in the manual.  Any comments or advice?  Thanks in advance.  HH
