Saturday or Monday the K160RX & KAT2 kits should arrive. These are the
only options that I
wish to install in my K2 (serial #4948). I have also built a K1 (serial
#1949) and a KX1
(serial #1056) along with a BL1, DL1 & XG1. I have been and continue to
be very satisfied
with each kit I've built. It surprises me the quality that ELECRAFT
maintains. Instruction
Manuals are perfection personified. From Eric and Wayne to ALL the BETA
Testers and the
Kit Assemblers ( Christine ) and the Voice on the phone ( Pam ) when
I've I've called. The
Parts Dept ( Scott ) and Support ( Gary ). Nothing seems left to chance.
Those times I THOUGHT I
was missing parts I later found I had just overlooked them. When I had a
problem (It has
always been my fault) help was always just an email away and POINTED ME
in the correct
direction. The Elecraft Reflector answered many of my questions before
they were questions.
I wish to personally thank Don Wilhelm, W3FPR, who was always there
(does he ever sleep?)
Mychael Morohovich, AA3WF,( he winds beautiful toroids ) and Tom
Hammond, N0SS, who didn't
even know he was helping me. Ron, AC7AC, with insights I hadn't thought
of. If I missed
someone it was not intentional.  Thanks ELECRAFTERS.
